I started a Wilton cake decorating class earlier this month. It is soooo much fun! It's amazing what you can do with the right decorating tip! The first cake was my very first cake. The cupcakes were next where I learned drop flowers, hearts and the clown. And for the finale.....the rose, sweet pea, leaves and ribbon cake. I am so happy with how it turned out. I will be taking the 2nd course also. I highly recommend it to anyone who has an interest in learning cake decorating!
