Lemonade Stand
The girls decided to make a lemonade stand with cookies to make a little extra money. For advertisement they made up a few cheers and songs. Their voices brought a neighbor from the culdesac 1 block over!
They had a few customers who paid more than the 50 cents and they ended up earning $9.00! Bryanna had already earned money babysitting so this was Abby and Gracie's cash to spend. They did give the neighbor girl $1.00 for assisting...so generous my kids are. I have to admit that lemonade stands are not my favorite but I like that it teaches them that they have to work in order to get paid.
